The education industry has come to occupy an increasingly critical role, in line with the growing awareness around the importance of human capital. This industry is also placing greater emphasis on professional certifications and the adoption of more practical modes of education.

In addition to providing several consultancy services to players in the education sector, BDO Jordan has striven to support this sector through introducing a bachelor’s degree in Control and Financial Audit in cooperation with the Amman Arab University, which is the first of its kind in the Middle East. 

The purpose of the BA program is to provide a practical studying approach to bridge the gap between educational output and market needs in view of the rapid growth in the need for qualified auditors, which current theoretically-focused educational curriculums do not deliver.

Unlike our competitors in the sector, BDO Jordan has recognized the demand for actual capacity building and tailored up-to-date training solutions for entities operating in a variety of sectors. As such, we established BDO Jordan’s Training Academy in order to meet the ever-expanding need for support in the education sector. The Academy provides training programs, consultancies and support to governments, education providers, regulators, and investors across the region. Our efforts are further fortified by the introduction of professional certification courses; as such, we are a reseller of one of the major US players in adaptive review courses for CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.
